What do I need to apply?
- Enroll at TVCC

- BIOL 2401 & PSYC 2301 are required before applying.
- BIOL 2402, BIOL 2420, and PSYC 2314 must be completed before starting RNSG courses. *Students with less than 15 semester credit hours should take PSYC 1300; others should take PSYC 2301. The rest of the general education courses must be taken prior to, or concurrently during the semester in which they are scheduled in the curriculum.

- Students applying for financial aid should apply as soon as possible.
Prerequisites
- Completion of required immunizations. Contact the HSC Advisor for more information.
Admission Testing: No testing is required, but points may be awarded to applicants who are TSI Complete in Reading.

Prerequisites
- High school diploma or GED or be enrolled in a dual credit Pharmacy Tech program.
- A personal interview with the program director. Applicants will be notified after June 1st regarding interview.

What do I need to apply?
- Applicants must have a current unencumbered Texas RN license or Multi-state Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) or be in the last semester of an Associate Degree Nursing Program to be eligible to apply.
- If you are new to TVCC apply for admission as early as possible. International students must be accepted to TVCC and provide a letter of acceptance from the Vice President of Student Services, or Registrar before applying to the program.
- Submit official transcripts from every college you have ever attended to the Admissions Office.
- You must be core complete to apply to the program. Classes may be in-progress when applying.
- Selections will be made in May for fall and November for spring.

Applicants are required to submit a completed Trinity Valley Community College application, the RN‑to‑BSN program application, and all official transcripts for full consideration of admission to the program. International students are not eligible for admission to this program.
Applicants will be notified by email regarding program acceptance or placed on alternate list. Applicants who don’t respond by the deadline will be removed from the list and the applicant will have to reapply to be considered for the next year’s process. Applicants should request a read receipt when emailing their acceptance form.
If a student has applied to the RN-to-BSN program and has not received notification regarding acceptance into the program by June 20th, for fall and December 5th for spring, it is the student’s responsibility to contact the HSC Assistant Campus Director in Terrell to clarify the situation.
In the event of open positions, eligible alternates will be moved up the list and these candidates will be notified. The alternate list will be maintained until the program starts. Applicants who are not selected and those who decline a position must reapply the next year to be considered in the next year’s selection process
