Go, Cards!

But, at The Valley, being a champion is more than the addition of hardware to the trophy case or putting rings on fingers. We are here to ensure the college experience helps make all students become the very best they can be in whatever path they choose outside of athletics.

We believe athletics are important to the non-athlete college experience. It fosters school spirit and provides a social outlet, which boosts mental health and connects students to the college and community.

Athletics serve as a central hub for social integration, promoting a sense of camaraderie and school pride among the entire student population. Sporting events also are often tied to and help define the college’s traditions and alumni connections.

So, whether athletics is, or is not, the primary reason why you choose to become a Cardinal, The Valley can be the place your journey as a champion in life begins.
