Board of Trustees

The Trinity Valley Community College Board of Trustees consists of nine members who are entrusted with governing the college. The board defines the vision of the college, serves as a liaison between the college and the community, approves annual budgets and sets policies, among other responsibilities.

Board members are elected officials who serve six-year terms without compensation.

Regular board meetings are held the fourth Monday of each month in the TVCC Board Room on the Athens campus, 100 Cardinal Dr., unless special circumstances cause a change. Notification of upcoming board meetings is posted on our Web site and in area newspapers, as required by Texas law. The public is invited to attend.
