Cosmetology

TVCC’s Cosmetology program is a two-year technical program offered on the Athens, Palestine, and Terrell campuses. Students complete at least 1,000 clock hours of hands-on training in hair, skincare, and nail care, meeting Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) requirements. With block-scheduled technical courses and general education classes, the program provides the skills and flexibility needed for careers in salons, spas, or as freelance stylists.
