Teaching + Education

The Associate of Art in Teaching is a first step for students pursuing teacher certification. It covers education theory, child development, instructional practices, and core academics, with hands-on field experience. The program prepares students to transfer seamlessly into bachelor’s programs for early childhood, elementary, or middle school teaching. Students completing the AAT can continue at TVCC to earn their Bachelor's Degree.
