Court Reporting
TVCC’s online Court Reporting program trains students to become Certified Shorthand Reporters (CSR). After the first year, students earn a Scopist Certificate to assist court reporters, and the second year leads to a Court Reporting Certificate for CSR eligibility. Graduates can work as court reporters, broadcast or real-time captioners, or CART captioners for the hearing-impaired.
